guitar pick wallet
This one was a doozy!
I went through a bunch of design ideas and iterations to get what the client wanted: a super sick trifold wallet that holds guitar picks.
The picks are held in place by a line of dried leather glue on the backside. I consider that a rare stroke of genius and a little peek at my redneck engineering background.
The rest of the pockets weren’t difficult, but time consuming as I hadn’t created an ID card holder or vertical pocket panel before.
This project also shows how I use the raw veg-tan from Tandy as a “cheap” prototyping material, and finish with Buttero from Italy. Swoon!
